Delivery

We will arrange a suitable carrier depends on a different country and the size/weight of statues, choose more cheap, high efficiency and safe delivery service to all of the customers.

The cooperative carrier is as follows: SF Express, EMS, DHL, UPS and FedEx. Customers can track the number and check for the status of figures in the below link.

Resin products are brittle in nature and there is a risk of breakage in the shipping process. Self-repair work may be required in the unfortunate event that they arrive in imperfect condition. All items are guaranteed to be in good condition prior to shipping.

If statues do arrive damaged, most Studios/manufacturers do offer free repairs as long as you cover shipping both ways. Depending on the extent of the damage, it may be cheaper to fix it yourself than to have the Studios/manufacturer fix it.

Deposit

Deposit is an option that is available for Pre-order items only. Once a deposit is successfully placed, your order is secured. We’ll email you a final payment invoice for the remaining payment plus shipping cost once the statue is ready to be shipped.

Final Payment

We will inform you by email about your choice of shipping method and the remaining amount you need to pay. After receiving the email, please pay in time. Any unpaid invoices will result in the order being automatically cancelled. 
Note: the deposit is non-refundable. The final invoice will be the sum of the remaining balance plus shipping costs.

Pre-order Cancellation Policy(Deposit)

A restocking fee will be applied for all Pre-order (Deposit) cancellations. If an order is cancelled within a week of order placement, the cancellation fee is 10% of the product final payment. If an order is cancelled after the one week mark, a 30% cancellation fee of the product final payment will apply.
